Founded in 2021 by Alex Schinas and Mark McCaffrey.  Rise & Grind Cafe started as a lifestyle cafe and supplements shop located in Leominster, MA inside a local gym! Dedicated to deliver a warm and inviting environment with quality a breakfast and lunch menu, a full coffee menu including an organic coffee option, and lastly their popular protien smoothies, they opened Rise and Grind Cafe here in Fitchburg MA!
